Project Management.

We provide our clients with an effective management service to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget, whilst maintaining safety and quality.

Our service includes:

  • Development of the clients brief into a detailed scope of works
  • Development and co-ordination of associated designs
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Procure and appointment of suitably qualified Contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with current regulations and legislation
  • Management of works from inception to completion
  • Actively manging costs and risks
  • Contract administration and processes undertaken throughout the cycle of the project

Construction Design and Management (CDM) guidance and Principle Designer Appointment.

We offer our clients support and guidance, assisting them with their duties and obligations under CDM regulations.

CDM guidance role

  • Advising clients of their duties under CDM 2015
  • Collation and review of relevant pre-construction information and issuing to Principle Designers
  • Construction Phase Plan review and advising that it is of sufficient detail
  • Preparation and submission of F10 documentation to the Health and safety Executive (HSE) on notifiable projects
  • Appointing suitable Contractors and Designers to the project (including the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor where applicable

Principle Designer Appointment

  • Ensuring sufficient time and resources for each stage of the project
  • Making sure that any Principal Designer and Principal Contractor appointed carry out their duties in managing the project
  • Making sure suitable welfare facilities are provided for the duration of the construction work
  • Maintaining and reviewing the management arrangements for the duration of the project
  • Providing pre-construction information to every Designer and Contractor either bidding for the work or already appointed to the project
  • Ensuring that the Principal Contractor or Contractor (for single Contractor projects) prepares a construction phase plan
  • Ensuring that the Principal Designer prepares a health and safety file for the project and that it is revised as necessary and made available to anyone who needs it for subsequent work at the site. We will notify HSE in writing with details of the project and ensure a copy of the notification is displayed in the construction site office
